GetGo is Singapore’s largest carsharing service, with a mission to power shared and sustainable mobility. Aiming to serve over a million households and expand its fleet of greener vehicles from 3,000 to 10,000 by 2030, GetGo needed a one-stop solution to automate accounts payable across the organization and streamline department-level approvals for operating expenses.
They rolled out fileAI to all departments—including Marketing, Fleet Quality, and People & Culture—so employees could simply email invoices to a single address. fileAI automatically tags invoices based on supplier names and keywords, extracts key fields and line items with 99% accuracy, routes them for approvals, and finally exports approved invoices to Xero.
The system was successfully deployed across the entire organization in just two weeks. By automating invoice handling and approvals, the finance team now saves 12 hours each month that was previously spent coordinating with department heads. Additionally, late payment penalties have been significantly reduced, manual accounts payable work has decreased by 95%, and data accuracy has improved considerably.
